The iSee Video Recorder for iPod is an inexpensive compromise for portable video, allowing you to turn your existing 30GB iPod video, iPod mini or iPod nano into a video iPod. Simply slip your iPod into the case, connect it to a video and\or audio source, and record. The recorder uses a standard TV, cable, satellite or any other analog source to record. It records in MPEG-1, 2, 4, AVI, Windows Media or QuickTime.
The iSee 360i, which was named "2006 Macworld Best of Show," will ship in April along with a full line of accessories.
The product measures 6 inches by 3.2 inches by 1.1 inches and weighs 6 ounces. It has a 3.6-inch screen that boasts a 91 percent larger viewing area than the iPod video.
The 360i lasts for four hours on a replaceable rechargeable battery.
